During
more than 20 years in the graphic arts industry Seth Tower succeeded
in sales, sales management, and executive management. Currently,
he assists companies actively engaged in the quest to capture
market opportunities via sales system integration with Customer
Relationship Management programs (CRM). Seth assembles the virtual
resources necessary to assist companies in growing their sales
by leveraging new technologies to improve earnings. Focused
on integrating structured sales approaches with software automation
tools, Seths coaching leads his clients to assess their
customers needs looking beyond their own organizations
in the development of CRM programs.
Previously,
as President & CEO of The Nimrod Press, Inc., a nationally
recognized printing firm, Seth led his management team through
its 1997 acquisition by U/P Graphics, Inc. He then assisted
the new owners in consolidating the manufacturing, management
and sales operations of one of their other facilities into
Nimrods plant in Westwood, MA. Following the consolidation,
Seth worked as an internal consultant -- first with U/P Graphics
and then with its successor companies, World Color Press &
Quebecor World -- in Sales and Marketing. In this role, he
created, developed and managed a CRM program that grew to
include over sixty users in four facilities and seven remote
sales offices. He trained all the users, administrators and
managers of this CRM program, continuously refining the systems
implementation with productivity enhancements and sales coaching.
Additionally, Seth headed the development and became the webmaster
of the companys site on the World Wide Web.
Seths
appointment as President and CEO at age 35 capped more than
a dozen years of service at The Nimrod Press. Joining the
company as a Sales Representative, Seth initiated Nimrods
shift into financial printing. He opened new accounts and
developed existing ones, ultimately handling over 20% of the
growing companys annual sales volume. Soon promoted
to Sales Manager, Seth provided leadership and developed policy
for 15 sales representatives, supervised the Customer Service
department, and developed advertising programs and promotions.
Named Corporate Vice President in 1988, Seth led the senior
staff of company managers and was responsible for sales and
marketing management, including the development of corporate
identity and marketing programs. He also championed the companys
move to total quality management practices.
Seth graduated
from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at The
University of New Hampshire. He has served on the board of
directors of the National Association for Printing Leadership
(NAPL), Paramus, NJ; the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation
(GATF), Pittsburgh, PA; and the Printing Industries of New
England (PINE), Southborough, MA. Seth has earned certifications
