Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall is a Fellow and Senior Instructor for LifeAnswers,
Inc. and the President of Advanced Behavioral Modeling, Inc.,
a consulting and training firm committed to increasing the performance
and productivity of organizations and individuals through the
use of advanced behavioral and learning technologies. Engaged
in Federal service and private practice for over twenty five
years, he has provided training and management consulting expertise
to the Federal government, service and athletic industries,
and the scientific community, with specific emphasis in culture
shaping and in predicting and modifying behavior using specialized
behavioral technologies.
Dr. Woodsmall is a certified Master Trainer and Master Modeler
in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is a former President and
Board Member of the International Association of Neuro-Linguistic
Programming. He is a co-founder and board member of the International
Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainers Association. He is internationally
recognized as a leading expert on Neuro-Linguistic Programming
and performance enhancement.
He is also a Senior Vice President of the International Research
Institute for Human Typological Studies which specializes in
research on human typologies. His main emphasis is on the connection
between human differences and performance and on the shaping
of cultures to create high performance organizations.
Dr. Woodsmall was instrumental in pioneering the concept and applications of behavioral modeling technology while working on various projects for the U.S. Government. The theory and structure of the modeling process was a synthesis of many technologies that he explored. His work with the Federal government led to the development of behavioral models and the design of training programs that dramatically increased performance, reduced training time and slashed costs. He has also developed models for the U.S. Olympic Diving Team to help the team prepare for the last two Olympic Games. He has also modeled the top diving coaches and developing a coaching model applicable to both athletics and business.
He has served as an Organization Development and Management
Consultant for the federal and private sectors. He has designed
and implemented organization development and culture shaping
operations that strengthened the productivity of technology
and people. His focus has been on integrating socio-technical
values models to achieve higher productivity when the complexity
and interrelationships of people and technology require innovative
approaches to change.
His training programs include culture shaping, leadership and management development, advanced interpersonal communications skills, values, and negotiations. He is the co-author of People Pattern Power, Our Vanishing Values: The Culture Crisis, and Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality. He is also the author of six monographs and of over fifty published articles on Advanced Behavioral Modeling, Advanced Learning Technology, and NLP. To
