Sandy
Crowe, president of Pivotal Point Training & Consulting, Inc.
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters
in Applied Psychology. Her public speaking, communication, and
people skills have provided excellence in learning for government
agencies and corporations throughout the country for several
years.
As an experienced trainer and successful businesswoman, Ms.
Crowe has been featured in The Washington Post, The New York
Times, and television and radio stations throughout the nation.
She has had several tapes and books published, including a series
on Dealing With Difficult People entitled "Snakes, Apes and
Bees", by LifeAnswers, Inc. Most recently, she has written the
highly-acclaimed book published by Putnam Penguin entitled "Since
Strangling IsnŐt an Option". Her courses on Dealing With Difficult
People have been extremely popular with the federal government,
as well as companies like MCI, Sony and The Discovery Channel.
