Dear
Mr. McArdle,
It was my pleasure as well to see you at the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco and Firearms Mid-level Managers conference in Annapolis.
I appreciate your being available to address ATF's mid-level
managers. ATF's success is incumbent on teamwork and I was
pleased to hear that concept reinforced. We all benefited
from your insights and I hope we will be seeing you again
soon.

Dear Sean,
You made history! Not only was the first program held in
our new Conference Center a great success, but your performance
under such adverse conditions taught us all an important
lesson in commitment and professionalism. I've been a fan,
but never more so than now. Thank you, Sean, for sticking
with the program when it would have been easy not to have
done so. From someone who's seen a lot of pro's in action,
you head the list!

Dear Sean,
Thank you for your thorough and detailed presentation at
our Fall Conference. Listening to the tapes can't possibly
compare to the energy you must have projected in the room,
it was a most informative and valuable use of my time. Your
exhortation to do things "on purpose" has come
back to me on many occasions over the past week. Perhaps
it should become part of my personal mantra. I still marvel
at the double meaning of those two simple words and how
powerful both messages are!

Dear Sean,
It is my pleasure to share with you the response that I
have received from our Sales Associates and Suppliers on
your program. From all indications and conversations that
I have had, your presentation was among the best if not
the best speaking engagements, we have had at any of our
conferences. I definitely want to explore the possibility
of bringing you back again, as I know you would be very
warmly received. Personally this is the third time I have
had the pleasure of participating in one of your presentations,
and each time I walk away with new ideas - Life changes
ideas. So I again, thank you and I look forward to working
with you in the near future.

Dear
Sean,
Thank you for speaking at our Management Conference on the
topic of "LifeMapping: A Strategic Thinking Tool."
Your presentation provided an excellent perspective for
all of us in the culmination of our strategic planning efforts
and discussions on improved customer service. Your insight
on the need to strive for excellence and transcend the "bearability"
of our working lives, focus on the "bright line"
demarcating acceptable standards and procedures, and develop
lives with balance and purpose provided meaningful information
to our planning development process. Your wisdom and judgment
helped make the entire event a success and provided an outstanding
and upbeat close to the conference. We look forward to the
continuing use of your expertise as we develop and implement
our plans.

Dear Mr. McArdle,
I have attended many seminars and listened to many wonderful
speakers including Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins and
many others. But with all sincerity I must tell you that
I have never attended a seminar where I was so inspired
and affected by another person.
